All puppies are guaranteed to be purebred and will be sold as pet quality even though many are up to show standards.  We encourage spay/neuter programs to help control pet populations and recommend doing a lot of research before breeding any animal.

BREEDERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Breeders agree to provide the new owners after full payment with the following:
A signed registration or transfer form.
Record of vaccinations and de-worming to date.

Health Guarantees:
At the time of sale, Breeder believes the puppy is a parasite free, healthy, sound, quality puppy that is current on all vaccinations.  Puppies’ health is guaranteed for 3 days after pick-up or shipment.  We do not guarantee against Parvo, Corona, Coccidiosis or Giardia after 3 days of purchase.  Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 3 days.  If the veterinarian detects a problem within that period, a full refund of purchase price or a replacement puppy of equal value, if one is available, upon the return of puppy and registration papers.  Buyer must provide a written statement from the examining veterinarian detailing the health problem.  If the Buyer fails to take the pup to be examined by a licensed veterinarian or if the Buyer decides to keep the puppy after discovering a problem, the Breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.  The Breeder has the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of the Breeders choice, at the Breeders expense, for a second opinion.
Puppies’ hips and elbows are guaranteed for the first Six months from any dysplasia caused by a genetic defect as deemed by 2 licensed veterinarians of Breeders choice.  Guarantee does not include dysplasia from, but not limited to the following:

Poor Nutrition                    Injury from jumping or falling
Accidents not in the Breeders control        Trauma
                Mistreatment                               Over supplementation
                Poor Nutrition

Should the puppy develop dysplasia caused by genetic faults as outlined above, the Breeder will have the following options:
a) The Buyer may return the puppy to the Breeder and the Breeder will replace the puppy with another equal quality puppy when one becomes available.  The puppy may remain unaltered at the discretion of the Breeder.
b)The Buyer may decide to keep the puppy if they so wish, thus assuming all future medical bills and potential problems.  However, as compensation the Breeder will refund one half of the buyers original purchase price.
The Breeder has the right to seek a second opinion by a veterinarian of choice.  If any disputes arise as to the cause or validity of the injury, both parties agree to select a third mutually agreed upon veterinarian specialist in the diagnosed problem to resolve the dispute.  Expense for such specialist consultation will be split evenly between the Buyer and Breeder. Puppy is guaranteed against life threatening genetic problems.  This does not include problems caused by environmental factors; examples are thyroid problems, allergies or skin problems, including Demodex mange or mange of any sort.  It does include conditions that are very serious and life altering, examples are heart conditions, epilepsy or severe crippling hip dysplasia (mild or moderate is not considered life threatening for this breed of dog.)  Severe crippling hip dysplasia must be verified prior to contacting seller through a Penn Hip certified test.  Buyer must provide vet records proving the puppy was vaccinated.  Rabies must be given at 6 months.  All guarantees are good the 1st year of life.  If requirements are not met, all guarantees are null and
void.  Proof of heretic disease must be confirmed by both parties veterinarians, a replacement puppy or refund shall be provided at the discretion of the seller.  The dog must be returned to the seller and the seller is not responsible for traveling expenses of said puppy or any incurred veterinary expenses.
Recognizing the unique nutritional requirement of the breed, this guarantee shall be null and void if the dog has been given calcium or vitamin supplementation of any kind that has not been first agreed upon between Breeder and Buyer in writing, even if recommended by a veterinarian.  This agreement is made for our mutual benefit to protect both purchaser and seller.  Seller and purchaser agree that under no circumstances will seller stand responsible after 3 days.  Purchaser fully understands that said puppy must be seen by a responsible veterinarian before said 3 day period has expired to hold seller responsible for refund. If for any reason you can not keep the dog sometime in the future, we ask that you contact us and we will try and find a home for him/her.

This written agreement is a binding contract entered into the State of California and is the entire agreement between the buyer and seller concerning the health conditions or loss of the puppy.  Any litigation commenced shall take place in the State of California in Riverside County.

Thank you so much for choosing us to purchase your pet. We will work with you in any way possible so that everyone is satisfied. We hope you enjoy and love your pet as much as we do ours. If at any time you have any questions or needs we will help you in any way we can!
